Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Fees

To better serve our global customers, we offer a fixed shipping fee of $78 per order. This fee remains the same regardless of your order’s size or weight, providing a predictable and manageable shipping cost. The more you buy, the more you save on average shipping costs.
To ensure timely delivery within 3-5 days, we partner with reliable international carriers, such as UPS, DHL, and TNT, selecting the best option weekly based on your destination. For some locations, alternative carriers may be used to optimize delivery speed and reliability.

2. Handling Time

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 24 hours. We will notify you via email or other communication channels for items requiring additional handling time (up to 48-72 hours).

Non-Holiday Periods: Carriers collect Packages daily from our warehouse between 5-7 pm local time. You can expect to receive a tracking number the following business day.

Holidays: During major Chinese holidays, please anticipate a potential delay of 1-7 days in processing (with the longest holiday period in China lasting up to 7 days). For orders placed during your local holidays, we will process your order as scheduled for timely post-holiday delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Our typical delivery time for most regions is 3-7 days. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances—such as severe weather, public health regulations, or government-imposed restrictions—may occasionally extend delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

4. Customs Clearance

As part of international trade, customs clearance procedures and import taxes vary by country. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other charges. If you have specific customs requirements (such as a VAT number for European countries), please inform us before shipping, and we will do our best to assist.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address when placing your order, as we cannot modify it once the order is processed. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, which can lead to delivery issues. Please provide a contact person and their mobile number for public or workplace addresses to ensure timely delivery.

6. Package Tracking and Assistance

If you have not received your package within 10 days of receiving the tracking information, please contact your local courier with the tracking number to check the shipping status. Our customer service team is here to help if you need further assistance.
