We offer a 3-year standard warranty on all our LED display modules, LED sending cards, receiving cards, power supplies, video processors, and other accessories. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

What’s Covered?

• Manufacturing Defects – Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Technical Malfunctions – These are Issues arising from faulty internal components.
• Performance Degradation – LED module brightness or color consistency issues beyond standard tolerance levels.

What’s Not Covered?

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Wear and tear due to normal operation.
• Electrical surges, lightning strikes, or environmental conditions beyond specified operating limits.
• Accidental damage, negligence, or third-party repairs.

Extended Warranty Options

For added protection, we offer an Extended Warranty Plan, ensuring continued coverage beyond the standard warranty period. This option provides:
✔ Extended repair or replacement services for up to 3 additional years.
✔ Priority support with faster response times.
✔ Exclusive discounts on spare parts and technical upgrades.

How to Purchase?
You can purchase an Extended Warranty at the time of your order or within 6 months from the original purchase date. Contact our support team for details.

Warranty Claim Process

If you encounter any issues covered under our warranty, follow these steps:
